ZEN Neuro MD is a tele-medicine based private practice specializing in the customized care of the diagnosis and treatment of facial pain and headache disorders. The practice offers a concierge neurology model to best fit the needs of patients in accessing on-demand care in approaching their headache disorder, questions, and concerns. Up-to-date research is often discussed with patients who desire to better understand their conditions and and treatment plan. 

With time, our practice may expand to a brick-and-mortar local office for procedures and visits, as well as potential to offer house-calls for out-of-state (Colorado) patients for procedures. 

Jennifer Evan, MD specializes Headache Medicine and facial pain conditions, including migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, cluster headache, tension type headache, post-concussion syndrome as well as many other primary headache disorders and neurological concerns. 

ZEN Neuro MD offers tele-medicine based evaluations and follow-up visits for the ongoing management of headache and facial pain disorders, as well as provides consultative services for headache disorders and proposed treatment plans that patients can co-manage with their Primary Care Provider. In certain situations, procedures may be recommended or offered such as nerve blocks or Botulinum therapy for migraine prevention, if clinically appropriate. 

Given the numerous hinderances by insurance companies in recent years for many in allowing access to care, or in limiting or specifying certain in-network providers one can see, as well as deductibles and steep co-pays, a flat-rate fee scale will be offered for new patients and follow up visits, determined by length of the visit and complexity. With time (3-6 months), billing insurance will become available for those who prefer that method.
